Patrick Hudson CRD #2082798

Patrick M. Hudson consented to findings by FINRA that Patrick M. Hudson violated FINRA rules by issuing promissory notes to investors in connection with Patrick M. Hudson’s real estate business without seeking or obtaining written approval from Patrick M. Hudson’s employer, RBC Capital Markets, LLC. Patrick M. Hudson was suspended for 6 months and fined $10,000. Patrick M. Hudson’s suspension began on August 21, 2017 and ends on February 20, 2018.

This FINRA disciplinary action against Patrick M. Hudson followed on the heels of Patrick M. Hudson’s discharge by RBC Capital Markets, LLC on June 29, 2015. RBC Capital Markets, LLC also claimed that Patrick M. Hudson did not follow the firm’s procedures regarding verification of deposits, nor did Patrick M Hudson obtain supervisory approval and retain copies of such forms of correspondence.

If you invested in Patrick M. Hudson’s real estate business, or if you received promissory notes from Patrick M. Hudson, or lost money on investments through Patrick M. Hudson, you may be able to recover any investment losses from RBC Capital Markets, LLC. This is because RBC Capital Markets, LLC had a duty to supervise Patrick M. Hudson.

Further, we handle our cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that unless we recover money for you, we charge no attorney’s fee. If you invested in Patrick M. Hudson’s real estate business, or in promissory notes from Patrick M. Hudson, or lost money on other investments with Patrick M. Hudson, and would like your case evaluated by a securities attorney (again, there is no charge for an evaluation and all cases are handled on a purely contingency fee basis), please contact us.
