Nina Jessee was a previously licensed financial advisor with Cetera Advisors LLC and Investors Capital Corp. According to FINRA, Nina Jessee was barred from the securities industry in June 2019.
ACCORDING TO FINRA: Nina Jessee consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Nina Jessee failed to appear for FINRA on-the-record testimony requested in connection with FINRA’s investigation of customer complaints related to alternative investments and allegations that Nina Jessee failed to disclose an outside business activity.
According to Nina Jessee’s CRD, 18 customer disputes alleging sales practice violations against Nina Jessee have been settled and two customer disputes remain pending.
