NICHOLAS EDWARD STOVALL (CRD#: 5581487), a former broker for GRADIENT SECURITIES, LLC in ARDEN HILLS, MN, was recently barred after FINRA allegations.
Nicholas Stovall Sold Premier Global Corporation Promissory Notes
According to FINRA, Ultimately, the notes’ issuers defaulted on the notes and subsequently ceased operating. In 2022, two state securities regulators brought actions against the issuers and others, alleging, among other things, that the promissory notes were part of a fraudulent scheme.
Without admitting or denying the findings, Stovall consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he participated in private securities transactions totaling $1,401,690 without disclosing to, or seeking from, his member firm prior to engaging in these transactions.

The Office of the Kansas Securities Commissioner filed a civil action alleging that defendants Steven J. Parish and Richard D. Dean operated a massive Ponzi scheme through multiple business entities under their control.
Premier Global Corporation Ordered Into Receivership
Pursuant to an order by the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and an order by the District Court of Sedgwick County, Kansas, Eric L. Johnson was appointed as a receiver over the entities and individuals named in the Kansas civil action.
