From 2008 until Tina Lukan’s resignation 2014, Tina Lukan was licensed with Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Tina Lukan was permitted to resign from Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. on September 29, 2014. Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. reported to FINRA that Tina Lukan was permitted to resign after being accused of using DBA business funds for personal use.

Subsequent to Tina Lukan’s termination, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Tina Lukan in 2015. Tina Lukan consented to a bar from the securities industry. FINRA reports that Tina Lukan consented to the entry of findings that Tina Lukan, without permission, wrote two checks payable to herself from Tina Lukan’s firm’s bank office bank account and converted the funds for personal use.
