Since 2006, Tarek Salhab has been licensed with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated. FINRA reports that three arbitration claims have been filed involving Tarek Salhab’s conduct with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated. These claims allege unsuitable investment recommendations, misrepresentations, and/or omission of material facts. These three arbitration claims settled for $475,000, $145,000, and $135,000.
FINRA also reports that Tarek Salhab was previously terminated from Morgan Stanley DW Inc. Morgan Stanley DW Inc. reported to FINRA that Tarek Salhab’s termination related to concerns relating to the use of discretion in customers’ accounts.
