Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Stuart Anthony Cahill (Stuart Cahill) Suspended from Securities Industry and Fired by Triad Advisors, Inc.
From 2004 until Stuart Cahill’s firing in 2013, Stuart Cahill was licensed with Triad Advisors, Inc. According to FINRA records, Stuart Cahill was fired by Triad Advisors, Inc. on February 28, 2013. Triad Advisors, Inc. reported to FINRA that Stuart Cahill was fired for failing to follow firm policy with respect to borrowing money from a customer.
Subsequent to Stuart Cahill’s firing, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Stuart Cahill. Stuart Cahill consented to a 1-year suspension from the securities industry and a $10,000 monetary fine. Stuart Cahill consented to the entry of findings that Stuart Cahill borrowed $65,000 from customers of his firm. FINRA also reports that Stuart Cahill falsely denied receiving money from customers on questionnaires, as well as during the firm’s investigation.
