From 2010 until Steven Bonner’s firing in 2017, Steven Bonner was licensed with Principal Securities, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Steven Bonner was fired by Principal Securities, Inc. on February 8, 2017. Principal Securities, Inc. reported to FINRA that Steven Bonner was fired after the firm and Steven Bonner were served in a lawsuit from a firm client alleging that Steven Bonner sold her a private placement.
Subsequent to Steven Bonner’s firing, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Steven Bonner in 2017. Steven Bonner was barred from the securities industry for failing to respond to FINRA requests for information.
