From March 2010 until August 2012, Siddharth Reddy was licensed with Newbridge Securities Corporation. Siddharth Reddy is licensed with E1 Asset Management, Inc. FINRA reports that three arbitration claims were filed involving Siddharth Reddy’s conduct with Newbridge Securities Corporation alleging unsuitable securities transactions, unsuitable investment recommendations, breach of contract, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and/or misrepresented the nature of the investments. These three arbitration claims involving Siddharth Reddy’s conduct were settled for $200,000, $150,000 and $55,000. Siddharth Reddy made an individual contribution of $25,000 in total to these settlements.
