Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses – Shoug Mayson Permitted to Resign from Windsor Street Capital, LP

From 2016 until Shoug Mayson’s resignation in 2017, Shoug Mayson was licensed with Windsor Street Capital, LP. Shoug Mayson is now licensed with Spartan Capital Securities, LLC. Shoug Mayson was previously licensed with Santander Securities LLC, Cetera Advisors LLC, Cabot Lodge Securities LLC, Allied Beacon Partners, Inc. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated. According to FINRA’s records, Shoug Mayson was permitted to resign from Windsor Street Capital, LP on June 22, 2017. Windsor Street Capital, LP reported to FINRA that Shoug Mayson was accused of conducting business at another Broker Dealer while registered at Windsor Street Capital, LP and provided incorrect phone numbers on customer new account forms.

FINRA also reports that Shoug Mayson was previously fired by Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc. in 2011. Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc. reported to FINRA that Shoug Mayson was accused of conduct involving inadequate customer profiling and failing to disclose fee and expense information to customers prior to completing transactions.
