Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A., May Recover Investor Losses – Sarabjeet Singh Thapar (Sonny Thapar) Fired by Questar Capital Corporation and Hornor, Townsend, & Kent, Inc.

From July 2014 until Sonny Thapar’s firing in November 2016, Sonny Thapar was licensed with Questar Capital Corporation. Sonny Thapar is now licensed with IFS Securities, Inc. Sonny Thapar was previously licensed with Hornor, Townsend & Kent, Inc. and AXA Advisors, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Sonny Thapar was fired by Questar Capital Corporation on November 11, 2016. Questar Capital Corporation reported to FINRA that Sonny Thapar altered a customer account document after the document had been signed by the customer.

Prior to Sonny Thapar’s firing by Questar Capital Corporation, according to FINRA’s records, Sonny Thapar was fired by Hornor, Townsend, & Kent, Inc., a prior employer, on June 23, 2014. Hornor, Townsend, & Kent, Inc. reported to FINRA that Sonny Thapar’s firing related to allegations of selling an unapproved insurance product.
