Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses – Ryan Jeffrey Beal (Ryan Beal) Permitted to Resign from Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. 

From 2013 until Ryan Beal’s resignation in 2017, Ryan Beal was licensed with Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Ryan Beal was previously licensed with CUSO Financial Services, L.P. According to FINRA’s records, Ryan Beal was permitted to resign from Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. on August 22, 2017. Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. reported to FINRA that Ryan Beal was permitted to resign while under review for exercising discretion in non-discretionary accounts involving a mutual fund and ETFs.

FINRA also reports that a complaint involving Ryan Beal’s conduct with Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. was previously filed. The clients allege that the variable universal life insurance purchased did not meet their financial goals and objectives. This complaint was settled.
