From 2013 until Rodney Nolen’s firing in 2015, Rodney Nolen was licensed with Pruco Securities, LLC. Rodney Nolen was previously licensed with The O.N. Equity Sales Company. According to FINRA’s records, Rodney Nolen was fired by Pruco Securities, LLC on July 30, 2015. Pruco Securities, LLC reported to FINRA that Rodney Nolen did not comply with the Firm’s requirements for permitting him to continue an outside business activity relating to life insurance.
From 2012 until Rodney Nolen’s firing in 2013, Rodney Nolen worked for the O.N. Equity Sales Company. According to FINRA’s records, Rodney Nolen was fired by The O.N. Equity Sales Company on January 17, 2013. The O.N. Equity Sales Company reported to FINRA that the Firm was instructed to withdraw Rodney Nolan’s securities registration by the State of Michigan for failure to respond to a request for information concerning potential personal financial disclosures.
