Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Rocco Joseph LiCalsi Jr. (Rocco LiCalsi) Fired by Cetera Advisor Networks LLC
From 2014 until Rocco LiCalsi’s firing in 2015, Rocco LiCalsi was licensed with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC. Previously, Rocco LiCalsi was licensed with LaSalle St. Securities, L.L.C. from 2009 until 2013. According to FINRA’s records, Rocco LiCalsi was fired by Cetera Advisor Networks LLC on December 4, 2015. Cetera Advisor Networks LLC reported to FINRA that Rocco LiCalsi was fired for failing to disclose a loan from a client or prospect which occurred prior to registration with the firm.
Subsequent to Rocco LiCalsi’s firing, according to FINRA, the New Jersey Bureau of Securities revoked Rocco LiCalsi’s agent and financial adviser registrations. The New Jersey Bureau of Securities found that Rocco LiCalsi engaged in dishonest or unethical business practices in the securities business by borrowing money from his clients and by failing to disclose a loan from the client to his firm.
