Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses – Robert Rodriguez Fired by First Allied Securities, Inc. 

From January 2014 until Robert Rodriguez’ firing in December 2014, Robert Rodriguez was licensed with First Allied Securities, Inc. Robert Rodriguez was previously licensed with Cetera Advisors, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Robert Rodriguez was fired by First Allied Securities, Inc. on December 16, 2014. First Allied Securities, Inc. reported to FINRA that Robert Rodriguez violated First Allied Securities, Inc. policy by failing to disclose the fact that Robert Rodriguez had a misdemeanor conviction. FINRA also reports that Robert Rodriguez was terminated by a previous firm after being accused of an unauthorized transaction.

FINRA reports that two complaints and/or arbitration claims involving Robert Rodriguez’ conduct were previously filed, alleging unsuitable investments, unsuitable trading, and/or excessive trading. These two complaints and/or arbitration claims were both settled.
