Robert Kelly Themm (Bob Themm) Barred from Securities Industry and Fired by Moloney Securities Co., Inc. – Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses
From 2011 until Bob Themm’s firing in 2014, Bob Themm was licensed with Moloney Securities Co., Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Bob Themm was fired by Moloney Securities Co., Inc. on March 12, 2014. Moloney Securities Co., Inc. reported to FINRA that Bob Themm was fired after being accused of unreported loans from clients in violation of firm policy and industry standards of conduct and failure to disclose unsatisfied judgments and liens.
Subsequent to Bob Themm’s firings, FINRA brought disciplinary action against Bob Themm. Bob Themm consented to a bar from the securities industry. Bob Themm consented to the entry of findings that Bob Themm solicited $2,500 from a customer for the purchase of at least one antique medal coin, and stole the money.
