FINRA reports that four complaints and/or arbitration claims were filed involving Robert Bragg’s conduct with VSR Financial Services, Inc., alleging unsuitable recommendations, lack of honesty and fairness, misrepresentation, violations of Colorado Securities Act, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent misrepresentation, professional negligence, negligent supervision, and/or breach of contract. These complaints and/or arbitration claims involving Robert Bragg’s conduct were all settled, with the two largest settling for $245,000 and $60,000. Robert Bragg contributed $30,000 in total to these four settlements.
FINRA also reports that the Colorado Division of Securities ordered Robert Bragg to be subject to special/heightened supervision for a period of 3 years that includes, but is not limited to, heightened supervision, product restrictions, pre-approval of communications with the public, and no principal, supervisory, or managerial duties.
