From 1992 until Rajen Sheth’s resignation in 2017, Rajen Sheth was licensed with Pruco Securities, LLC. Rajen Sheth is now licensed with Parkland Securities, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Rajen Sheth resigned from Pruco Securities, LLC on April 3, 2017. Pruco Securities, LLC reported to FINRA that Rajen Sheth was accused of conducting unauthorized sales, not terminating Rajen Sheth’s affiliation with unapproved outside carriers, placing an unapproved advertisement and not complying with instruction from Firm Management.
