Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Rafael Gonzalezstawinski Formerly Licensed with Santander Securities, LLC

Since 2014, Rafael Gonzalezstawinski has been licensed with Morgan Stanley. Rafael Gonzalezstawinski was previously licensed with Santander Securities, LLC. FINRA reports that two arbitration claims were filed involving Rafael Gonzalezstawinski’s conduct with Santander Securities, LLC alleging breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, contractual negligence, fraud and/or constructive fraud, and failure to supervise and control. These claims were settled for $200,000 and $75,000. FINRA also reports that three other arbitration claims involving Rafael Gonzalezstawinski’s conduct were settled for $150,000, $137,500, and $125,000.

FINRA reports that two arbitration claims involving Rafael Gonzalezstawinski’s conduct with Santander Securities, LLC are currently pending. These claims allege, among other things, unsuitability, overconcentration, breach of fiduciary duties, negligence, negligent supervision, failure to supervise, fraud, breach of contract, and/or violations of securities laws and rules (Puerto Rico closed-end funds and open-ended funds). These pending arbitration claims seek damages between $100,000 and $500,000.
