According to FINRA’s records, Pedro Molina was permitted to resign from Kovack Securities Inc. on February 12, 2014. Subsequent to Pedro Molina’s termination, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Pedro Molina in 2014. Pedro Molina was barred from the securities industry for failing to respond to FINRA’s requests for information.
