Goodman & Nekvasil P.A. May Recover Investor Losses – Paul Everett Creager (Paul Creager) and Everett Builders, LLC
Paul Creager was indicted in U.S. District Court on two counts of felony wire fraud on August 9, 2017. According to the indictment, Paul Creager solicited $724,024.14 from two investors in exchange for a percentage of ownership in Paul Creager’s business, Everett Builders, LLC.
FINRA has reported that William August Glaser (“Bill Glaser”), a licensed financial adviser, is under investigation by the FBI and US Attorney’s Office related to investments involving Paul Creager and his companies.
FINRA barred Bill Glaser from the securities industry for refusing to respond to FINRA request for information in connection with an investigation surrounding Bill Glaser termination. Bill Glaser was terminated because the firm received an arbitration claim containing allegations that Bill Glaser solicited investments in Paul Creager’s companies.
If you invested in Paul Creager’s companies or Everett Builders, LLC through Bill Glaser, you may be able to recover your losses from National Planning Corporation. This is because National Planning Corporation had a duty to supervise Bill Glaser.

There is no charge for an evaluation of your case. Further, we handle our cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that unless we recover money for you, we charge no attorney’s fee.
