Patrick Manuel Scholz (Patrick Scholz) Fired by Mutual Securities, Inc. — Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses
From 2014 until Patrick Scholz’s firing in 2016, Patrick Scholz was licensed with Mutual Securities, Inc. Patrick Scholz was previously licensed with MML Investors Services, LLC and Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. According to FINRA records, Patrick Scholz was fired on April 19, 2016. Mutual Securities, Inc. reported to FINRA that Patrick Scholz was fired after Patrick Scholz failed to disclose and obtain written approval prior to engaging in an outside business activity, pursuant to the firm’s Written Supervisory Procedures.
FINRA reports two unsatisfied and outstanding tax liens held by the IRS against Patrick Scholz. Patrick Scholz reported to FINRA that a formal payment plan of $200 per month is in place to pay off the two amounts, which are $57,874 and $6,855.
FINRA also reports that Patrick Scholz filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2011.
