From 2009 until Nick Hsieh’s firing in 2013, Nick Hsieh was licensed with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Nick Hsieh was fired by Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC on April 16, 2013. Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC reported to FINRA that Nick Hsieh was accused of engaging in unapproved outside business activity.
FINRA reports that two arbitration claims were filed involving Nick Hsieh’s conduct with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC and/or a prior employer, alleging Nick Hsieh engaged in an inappropriate and unsuitable investment strategy and/or that Nick Hsieh engaged in excessive trading. These arbitration claims both settled, with the largest settling for $325,000.
