Nick Cavalcante was licensed with Aegis Capital Corp. from 2010 to 2012. This arbitration claim was settled for $360,000. FINRA also reports that an arbitration claim involving Nick Cavalcante’s conduct with a prior employer, alleging unauthorized trades, was settled for $205,000.
