From 2012 until 2014, Nicholas D’Amico was licensed with National Securities Corporation. FINRA reports that the New Jersey Bureau of Securities revoked Nicholas D’Amico’s securities license on July 28, 2016. The New Jersey Bureau of Securities alleged that Nicholas D’Amico engaged in a practice or course of conduct that operated as a fraud or deceit in connection with the offer and sale of securities. Nicholas D’Amico made material misstatements of fact and omitted material facts in connection with the offer, sale and management of memberships. Nicholas D’Amico filed false or misleading applications and filings with the Bureau as well as engaging in dishonest or unethical practices in the securities business.
