From 2002 until Natalia Pesin’s firing in 2015, Natalia Pesin was licensed with Pruco Securities, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Natalia Pesin was fired by Pruco Securities, LLC on September 17, 2015. Pruco Securities, LLC reported to FINRA that Natalia Pesin was accused of engaging in undisclosed outside business activities (sales of products of non-Prudential carriers), without firm approval, and without being appointed to sell an outside carrier’s products.
Subsequent to Natalia Pesin’s firing by Pruco Securities, LLC, FINRA investigated Natalia Pesin and brought a disciplinary action against Natalia Pesin. Natalia Pesin was barred from the securities and investment banking industry by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on May 23, 2016. FINRA reports that Natalia Pesin failed to respond to FINRA request for information.
