According to FINRA records, Mohamed Yassin was fired by Morgan Stanley on June 2, 2017. Morgan Stanley reported to FINRA that Mohamed Yassin was fired after being accused of failing to verbally confirm transactions prior to execution in clients’ accounts.
FINRA reports that two arbitration claims involving Mohamed Yassin’s conduct with Morgan Stanley, alleging excessive trading, are currently pending. These pending arbitration claims seek damages $3,500,000 and $2,000,000.
