Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses – Michael Fisher Formerly Licensed with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC
Michael Fisher was licensed with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC from 2012 to 2016. Michael Fisher was previously licensed with UBS Financial Services, Inc. Michael Fisher is now licensed with Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. FINRA reports that an arbitration claim involving Michael Fisher’s conduct with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC was recently filed, alleging negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and unsuitability relating to Preferred/Fixed Rate Cap Securities. The claimant sought compensatory damages of $50,000. This case did not settle and proceeded to final hearing. The arbitrator determined that Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC was liable and ordered Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC to pay the Claimant the entire $50,000 sought, along with legal interest at the rate of 9%.
FINRA also reports that an arbitration claim involving Michael Fisher’s conduct with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC has been filed, alleging misrepresentations of UIT investments. This pending arbitration claim seeks damages in an amount of at least $324,165.01.
