From 2002 until Michael Heath’s resignation in 2016, Michael Heath was licensed with First Allied Securities, Inc. Michael Heath was subsequently licensed with Securities America, Inc. Michael Heath is now licensed with Infinity Financial Services. According to FINRA’s records, Michael Heath resigned from First Allied Securities, Inc. on January 26, 2016. First Allied Securities, Inc. reported to FINRA that Michael Heath was accused of failing to comply with First Allied Securities, Inc.’s email policy and procedures.
FINRA reports that subsequent to Michael Heath’s resignation from First Allied Securities, Inc., Michael Heath was fired by Securities America, Inc. on March 18, 2016. Securities America, Inc. reported to FINRA that Michael Heath was accused of failing to disclose an internal investigation with previous broker dealer on CRD update.
