From 2012 to 2013 and again from 2014 until Michael Cushing’s firing in 2015, Michael Cushing was licensed with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated. Michael Cushing was previously licensed with Pruco Securities, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Michael Cushing was fired by Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated on August 17, 2015. Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated reported to FINRA that Michael Cushing was accused of conduct involving Michael Cushing improperly seeking to obtain compensation to which Michael Cushing was not entitled in connection with customer deposits, resulting in a loss of management confidence.
