FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Michael Duch in 2015. Michael Duch consented to a 20-business day suspension and a $15,000 monetary fine. Michael Duch consented to the entry of findings that Michael Duch introduced investors, directly or indirectly, to three investments not approved by his firm, Running Springs Oil and Gas, L.P., Obele Energy, L.P. and Montana Victory Investment Services, LLC.
