Since 2012, Mark Eisma has been licensed with Allstate Financial Services, LLC. Mark Eisma was previously licensed with Park Avenue Securities LLC.
FINRA reports five arbitration claims/complaints were filed alleging sales practice violations against Mark Eisma. The claims alleged, among other things, inappropriate illustrations and product design by Nationwide, failure to assess suitability, lack of post-sale management, negligence, failure to supervise, and/or breach of fiduciary duties. The claims were settled for $3,000,000, as a global settlement, of which Mark Eisma contributed $350,000.
FINRA also reports two unsatisfied and outstanding judgements or liens against Mark Eisma. One by Calvary SPV I LLC for $9,849.06, and the other by Discover Bank for $5,347.97.
