From 2009 until Madelyn Barker’s firing in 2016, Madelyn Barker was licensed with Pruco Securities, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Madelyn Barker was fired by Pruco Securities, LLC on May 2, 2016. Pruco Securities, LLC reported to FINRA that Madelyn Barker was accused of misrepresenting herself as a Prudential agent in order to obtain personal information about property and casualty insurance customers to facilitate transferring their policies to other companies, in violation of Madelyn Barker’s agreements with the Company.
