Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Leavitt Freeman Sanders Fired by Triad Advisors, Inc.
From 2008 to 2014, Leavitt Sanders was licensed with Invest Financial Corporation. Leavitt Sanders was subsequently licensed with Triad Advisors, Inc. Triad Advisors, Inc. reported to FINRA that Leavitt Sanders was fired on December 26, 2014. Triad Advisors, Inc. reported that Leavitt Sanders’ firing was related to mismanagement of RIA related accounts.
FINRA reports that 38 complaints and/or arbitration claims were filed involving Leavitt Sanders’ conduct with Invest Financial Corporation and/or Triad Advisors, Inc. alleging unsuitable investments, unsuitable trading, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, churning, and/or other allegations. These claims were all settled, with the largest claims settling for $433,960, $325,000 $231,000, $167,500, $124,000, $102,500 and $100,000.
FINRA also reports that an arbitration claim involving Leavitt Sanders’ conduct with Invest Financial Corporation is currently pending, alleging suitability and breach of contract.
