Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Lawrence Alan Stack (Larry Stack) Suspended from Securities Industry and Fired by Questar Capital Corporation
From 2011 until Larry Stack’s firing in 2015, Larry Stack worked for Questar Capital Corporation. According to FINRA’s records, Larry Stack was fired by Questar Capital Corporation on October 9, 2015. Questar Capital Corporation reported to FINRA that Larry Stack was fired after being accused of failure to disclose outside business activities and private securities transactions.
Subsequent to Larry Stack’s firing, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Larry Stack. Larry Stack consented to a 30-day suspension and a $5,000 monetary fine. FINRA reports that Larry Stack consented to the entry of findings that Larry Stack failed to provide prior written notice to his member firm of two outside business activities involving rental properties.
