Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Kevin Paul Hudak (Kevin Hudak) Formerly Licensed with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC, Barred from Securities Industry
From 2006 until 2014 Kevin Hudak was licensed with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC.
FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Kevin Hudak in 2016. FINRA reports that Kevin Hudak consented to a bar from the securities industry. Kevin Hudak consented to the entry of findings that Kevin Hudak submitted non-solicitation forms to Kevin Hudak’s member firm that had non-authentic customer signatures. The findings stated that these non-solicitation forms were required by Kevin Hudak’s firm in order to process low-priced securities transactions for Kevin Hudak’s customers. Kevin Hudak falsified these non-solicitation forms by having customers sign blank form, which Kevin Hudak then photocopied and reused for future low-priced securities transactions. The findings also stated that Kevin Hudak provided false and misleading testimony to FINRA regarding the non-solicitation forms by repeatedly denying that Kevin Hudak had asked customers to sign blank non-solicitation forms and that Kevin Hudak copied customer signatures for use as if they were authentic.
