Kenneth Noyce was licensed with Ausdal Financial Partners, Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Kenneth Noyce was previously licensed with First Allied Securities, Inc. from 2001 to 2012. FINRA reports that an arbitration claim was filed involving Kenneth Noyce’s conduct with First Allied Securities, Inc. alleging misrepresentations were made in connection with the sale of allegedly unsuitable private placement investments. The claimants further allege fraud, breach of the Iowa Consumer Fraud Act, and failure to supervise. This arbitration claim involving Kenneth Noyce’s conduct was settled for $475,000.
