Kenneth Dysart – Financial Advisor Kenneth Dysart Suspended from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses

From 2003 until Kenneth Dysart’s firing in 2015, Kenneth Dysart was licensed with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC. Kenneth Dysart is now licensed with Prospera Financial Services, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Kenneth Dysart was fired by Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC on January 22, 2015. Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC reported to FINRA that Kenneth Dysart was fired after being accused of participation in outside activity which exceeded written approval by the firm.
Subsequent to Kenneth Dysart’s firing, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Kenneth Dysart. Kenneth Dysart consented to a 1-month suspension and a $5,000 monetary fine. FINRA reports that Kenneth Dysart consented to the entry of findings that Kenneth Dysart participated in private securities transactions by referring customers to a private security offering and helping to facilitate the customers’ investments in the offering which totaled $100,000, without written notice to his member firm.
