From 2012 until Keith Herman’s firing in 2017, Keith Herman was licensed with Summit Brokerage Services, Inc. Keith Herman was previously licensed with J.P. Turner & Company, L.L.C. and Newport Coast Securities, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Keith Herman was fired by Summit Brokerage Services, Inc. on July 26, 2017. Summit Brokerage Services, Inc. reported to FINRA that Summit Brokerage Services determined that Keith Herman was responsible for a form being altered after the client had signed it.
