Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Justin Kerry Wine (Justin Wine) Suspended by FINRA and Fired by LPL Financial LLC
From 2010 until Justin Wine’s firing in 2012, Justin Wine was licensed with LPL Financial LLC. Justin Wine is now licensed with BCG Securities, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Justin Wine was fired by LPL Financial LLC on August 10, 2012. LPL Financial LLC reported to FINRA that Justin Wine was fired after being accused of facilitating unapproved sales of promissory notes, in violation of the firm’s policies and procedures.
Subsequent to Justin Wine’s firing, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Justin Wine. Justin Wine consented to a 2-month suspension and a $12,500 monetary fine. FINRA reports that Justin Wine consented to the entry of findings that Justin Wine recommended that clients loan $125,000 to an event and production company that organizes and produces an annual food festivl in Washington D.C. The findings also state that Justin Wine recommended an investment in a micro-loan company based in the British Virgin Islands to one of his customers. According to FINRA, Justin Wine failed to provide prior written notice to his firm.
