Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses – John Robert Russell (John Russell) Permitted to Resign from ProEquities, Inc. 

From 2005 until John Russell’s resignation in 2016, John Russell was licensed with ProEquities, Inc. John Russell is now licensed with International Assets Advisory, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, John Russell was permitted to resign from ProEquities, Inc. on December 22, 2016. ProEquities, Inc. reported to FINRA that John Russell received securities compensation from another representative of the firm during 2015 and 2016. ProEquities, Inc. reports that per an email from John Russell, John Russell received $59,299 from the other representative. Additionally, ProEquities, Inc. reported to FINRA that John Russell informed ProEquities, Inc. that John Russell had not filed federal income tax returns for the years 2013, 2014, and 2015. ProEquities, Inc. reports that it does not believe a representative who does not properly file federal income tax returns for the last three years should be in a position of advising clients on financial matters.
