From 1991 until  2012, John Jantzen was licensed with PFS Investments Inc. PFS Investments Inc. reported to FINRA that John Jantzen was permitted to resign after judgment was entered against John Jantzen for violating sections 10B and 14E of the Exchange Act.

On February 29, 2012, a federal court in Texas entered summary judgment against John Jantzen and John Jantzen’s wife for insider trading. The court found that John Jantzen and John Jantzen’s wife insider traded in connection with a September 21, 2009 public announcement that the personal computer company would acquire a computer systems company in a tender offer transaction.
