Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – John A. Crumb (John Crumb) Suspended from Securities Industry and Fired by LPL Financial LLC 

From 2013 until John Crumb’s firing in 2016, John Crumb was licensed with LPL Financial LLC.  John Crumb was previously licensed with Securities America, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, John Crumb was fired by LPL Financial LLC on May 26, 2016. LPL Financial LLC reported to FINRA that John Crumb was fired after being accused of solicitation of private securities transactions without firm approval, in violation of firm policy.

Subsequent to John Crumb’s firing, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against John Crumb. John Crumb consented to a 4-month suspension and a $12,500 monetary fine. FINRA reports that John Crumb consented to the entry of findings that John Crumb solicited sales, on behalf of a third party, of a private offering of shares of a nutritional and natural products company.
