Since 2006, Jeffrey Eiler has been licensed with Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC. FINRA reports that four arbitration claims involving Jeffrey Eiler’s conduct with Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC were filed, alleging unsuitable investments, unsuitable recommendations, and/or overconcentration. These four claims all settled, with the two largest claims settling for $65,000 and $60,000.
FINRA also reports that two arbitration claims involving Jeffrey Eiler’s conduct with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC are currently pending. These claims allege unsuitable investment recommendations and/or overconcentration. One of these pending arbitration claims seeks damages of at least $430,000.
