Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Jasper Eugene Boykin Jr. (Jasper Boykin) Fired by MSI Financial Services, Inc., formerly MetLife Securities Inc.
From 2015 until Jasper Boykin’s firing in 2016, Jasper Boykin was licensed with MSI Financial Services, Inc., formerly MetLife Securities Inc. Jasper Boykin was formerly licensed with Quest Capital Strategies, Inc. and Nationwide Securities, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Jasper Boykin was fired by MSI Financial Services, Inc., formerly MetLife Securities Inc. on March 22, 2016. MSI Financial Services, Inc., formerly MetLife Securities Inc. reported to FINRA that Jasper Boykin was fired for not following firm policy with respect to outside business activities.
FINRA also reports that Jasper Boykin failed to respond to three requests sent to him by FINRA Staff for information and documents regarding his outside business activities beginning in April 2016 resulting in his suspension on September 2, 2016. November 14, 2016 was the original deadline for a request for termination of suspension stating that failure to do so would result in being barred. Jasper Boykin violated FINRA rules because of Jasper Boykin’s multiple failures to provide timely responses to FINRA’s Staff.
Additionally, on March 28, 2017, April 24, 2017 and June 29, 2017 FINRA requested the following: (1) a copy of all bank account statements for all personal or business bank account maintained or controlled by Jasper Boykin for the period January 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016; and (2) copy of all personal and business federal and state tax returns with all attachments in connection with its investigation. Jasper Boykin failed to respond to these three requests and, to date, has not provided any of the documents requested. Regulatory action is currently pending.
