According to FINRA records, Jason Freeman resigned from Triad Advisors, Inc. on March 4, 2016. FINRA reports that Jason Freeman resigned because of firm concerns that Jason Freeman’s conservation easement sales activity conducted through Jason Freeman’s independently owned investment advisor were not permitted activities under their auspices.
