Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses – James Reginald Esaw Fired by Allstate Financial Services, LLC 

From 2014 until James Esaw’s firing in 2016, James Esaw was licensed with Allstate Financial Services, LLC. James Esaw was previously licensed with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation and M&T Securities, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, James Esaw was fired by Allstate Financial Services, LLC on October 20, 2016. Allstate Financial Services, LLC reported to FINRA that Allstate Financial Services, LLC lost confidence after allegations of the re-use of a form containing new information without obtaining new customer signature.

FINRA reports that a complaint was filed involving James Esaw’s conduct with Allstate Financial Services, LLC. The customer alleges the following: variable annuity contracts were misrepresented, the representative’s recommendation was not done in her best interest, full disclosure of the variable annuity contracts were not provided, some information documented on new account paperwork was not provided by customer, and original signatures were not provided by customer on every signature page of new account documents. This complaint settled for $68,036.46, the total surrender charges on the three annuities.
