Heath Bowen has been licensed with Allegis Investment Services, LLC since 2014. Heath Bowen was previously licensed with Signator Financial Services, Inc. FINRA reports that an arbitration claim was filed involving Heath Bowen’s conduct with Allegis Investment Advisors, LLC alleging Heath Bowen, in the role of supervisor and president, failed to supervise the personnel over the client accounts and the client suffered a loss. This pending arbitration claim involving Heath Bowen’s conduct seeks $400,000 in damages.
FINRA also reports that the Colorado Division of Securities is seeking to revoke Heath Bowen’s state securities license for allegedly placing advisory clients in high risk and complex option trades that Heath Bowen’s clients did not understand.
