Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Harry Seth Datys Licensed with WestPark Capital, Inc. 

Since 2005, Harry Datys has been licensed with WestPark Capital, Inc. FINRA reports that two arbitration claims were filed involving Harry Datys’ conduct with WestPark Capital, Inc. alleging negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, lack of suitability, failure to supervise, and/or unauthorized trading. These claims were settled for $52,500 and $50,000, with Harry Datys paying the entirety of the $52,500 settlement. FINRA also reports that five previous arbitration claims involving Harry Datys’ conduct were settled, with the two largest claims settling for $400,000 and $195,000. The $400,000 settlement was paid entirely by Harry Datys. 

FINRA also reports that an arbitration claim involving Harry Datys’ conduct with WestPark Capital, Inc. is currently pending. This claim alleges excessive and unsuitable trading without diversification, and false and misleading statements. This pending arbitration claim seeks damages of $250,000.    

In addition to these arbitration claims, FINRA reports that the New Jersey Bureau of Securities and the Colorado Division of Securities denied and/or revoked Harry Datys’ securities license.  The New Jersey Bureau of Securities also fined Harry Datys a total of $21,000.
