From 2012 until 2016, Greg Townes was licensed with Foresters Equity Services, Inc. FINRA reported that an arbitration claim alleging improper loan transactions between Greg Townes and customers was settled.
Subsequent to Greg Townes’s misconduct, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Greg Townes. Greg Townes consented to a 1-year suspension from the securities industry and a $22,500 monetary fine. Greg Townes consented to the entry of findings Greg Townes borrowed funds from a customer and did not repay the loans.
