Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Gerald Joseph Lodovico (Gerald Lodovico), Formerly Licensed with Trustmont Financial Group Inc., Barred from Securities Industry

From 2010, Gerald Lodovico was licensed with Trustmont Financial Group, Inc. until leaving in December 2012. According to FINRA’s records, the State of Pennsylvania filed a disciplinary action against Gerald Lodovico alleging that that Gerald Lodovico offered for sale interests that were neither registered nor exempt from registration in Pennsylvania. The State of Pennsylvania alleged that Gerald Lodovico engaged in dishonest and unethical practices in the securities business or took unfair advantage of a customer by failing to adhere to the conditions placed upon his outside business activity. Gerald Lodovico consented to a 1-year suspension and a $2,500 monetary fine.

FINRA also brought disciplinary action against Gerald Lodovico, barring Gerald Lodovico from the securities industry.
